Customer Support

The LogLogic Customer Support Team provides a range of support offerings backed by industry-leading expertise. These offerings span all phases of your program life cycle, from planning to customization to deployment. Our experts are committed to providing timely and accurate solutions to all types of support issues

Consultation

LogLogic offers custom consultation services on how to best use logs to meet security, compliance and risk mitigation requirements. Frequent questions include: What are logs for? How long should we store them? What do we do if a suspicious event occurs?

LogLogic or one of our CSP consultants will work with you to identify, build, process and document your specific requirements and to assist in executing on those requirements, whether they are related to operational needs or for specific compliance purposes.

Implementation

Deploying LogLogic solutions is typically fast and simple; however, occasionally, unique situations may require more attention or a customer may be looking for a turnkey solution. LogLogic Implementation Services can speed the process to maximize the capabilities and benefits of the new solution.

LogLogic or one of our CSPs will apply the LMI and LogLogic Compliance Suite against a customer’s specific list of Log Sources and make recommendations, based on industry best practices, for what reports to run daily, weekly, or on an ad-hoc basis.

Training

LogLogic Training Services, or LogEd, provides professional training courses on how to maximize the features and benefits of the LogLogic LMI platform in your business. It consists of courses aimed at educating key IT staff about how to best use and manage the platform.

LogLogic or one of our CSPs offer a customer on-site or regional group class to deliver the course material. This hands-on training program has helped hundreds of customers achieve success.

Integration

For particularly complex or unique environments, customers may find that only a customized solution meets their needs. LogLogic or a CSP can develop a specific log support to meet your unique customer requirements that cannot currently accommodate.

LogLogic Integration Services ensure the smooth integration of LogLogic solutions into highly complex IT environments. A LogLogic team or one of our CSPs will work closely with you to fully evaluate your specific technical and business needs and to propose a solution that fits.
